Can I bill my users monthly for site fees?
In version 3.0 and higher, you have the option of monthly invoicing or manual invoicing.

In admin backend under the Fees & Billing tab, click on "Invoice Settings". From this page you make your selection for Invoicing type.
Can I charge a fee for buy now and name your price options for sellers?
Yes, as of version 3.0 and higher. You set the price for each feature in admin backend under the Fees and Billing Tab.
How do I add a banner to my site?
In your admin backend, you must enable banners. Then you must choose the size of banner you plan to display. If you choose fixed size, only banners which fit the exact size you set will be displayed.

Once you have set the size, you must setup a banner user. After setting up a banner user, just click on the tool icon for tha user. You can add, edit or delete banners from this page.
