Can I Run Anserv products on an IIS Windows Server?
Anserv products have not been tested under IIS. Some problems with running under IIS have been fixed but no support is given for IIS web server. |

Can this software be customized, company logos added etc?
Yes. All Anserv products offer the ability in admin to change existing colors of pages and fonts. You can quickly add your own logo by uploading it from the admin backend. All content such as faqs, news, terms and about us can be edited from the admin.
You can also have your software customized by Anserv staff. Just contact us and let us know what you have in mind and we will provide a quote for the customization.

Does Anserv.com offer web site hosting for my web site?
The answer is yes, we do. If you are interested in having your site installed, set-up, or hosted by us, please drop us a line. When you e-mail us, please include any domain names that you would like to use for your site. We can host your site and install the software for you for a small monthly hosting fee. To help those users that do not know how to or just do not want to be bothered, we offer "Ready Auction" sites. Anserv.com wants to serve all of your auction web site needs. From registering your domain name, to giving you the key to the door of you Admin Section of your auction web site. Don't worry if you do not have a domain name or do not want to use one, you can use a sub-domain name such as, yourauctionsite.anserv.com. This is the domain name that we will use for any person that does not want to use their own domain name. We strive to produce quality software and provide excellent customer service that you can count on to offer lots of flexibility and a great deal of dependability. |

How do I purchase a software package from Anserv.com?
To purchase any product, just click on the shopping cart beside the name of the package you would like to buy, and you will be taken to the purchase page for that product. You will find the purchase links(shopping cart) on every main page of the Anserv.com web site. Or you may always contact us for further assistance. |

May I apply a previous purchase towards an upgrade or a different package?
Each product is sold individually and one product cannot be exchanged for another. Updates for each product are provided at no charge. However, new version upgrade may require a small upgrade fee. We do offer bundle pricing, should you be interested in more than one of the packages. You should contact us, so that we may provide a total price based on your choices. |

Must I know how to write PHP or HTML script?
You do not need to know any HTML or PHP to install and use any of the Anserv products. If you are familiar with FTP or have access to shell command then you may install any of the software packages yourself. In addition, you must know the parameters to access your MySQL database. Our software is very user friendly. Once installed you may administer your auction web site using the web based Admin Back-End.All you need is Internet access. The design of the site is very intuitive. All that you need to do is become familiar with the site and its many features. |

Which Anserv product is right for me?
In order to determine which software package that you should use, you must first determine your goals and your targeted audience. If you need just the ability to run an auction web site, then you should choose Auction XL. If you would like to offer your sellers the abiltiy to have their own web store on your site, then you should choose Auction XL + Stores. If you want to run a classified ad web site, then choose XL Ads. If you need a auction package that does not have bid increments, such as a reverse auction, then the product choice should be PHP Lowbids. If you would like to run an auction with a store, then the XL Webstore product is the right choice. Will my purchase include any updates or upgrades?
When you purchase any of the software products, you will be entitled to all updates that occur before the next version release. When a new version release becomes available, you may purchase an upgrade to the new version for a small fee. This entitles you to continued support and any updates that may occur in the new version. This enables users to run current versions for substantially less than the new version price. |
