that are downloaded. There is nothing users can return to
us to ensure that users will not continue using the script
after they have requested a refund. You should thoroughly

environment Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP. Full
support is provided when running in the above environment.
We do not accept any responsibility under other environments
and cannot offer support for other environments. Please be
advised, if you buy the package it is at your own risk.
General Licensing Policy
Each license entitles the user to e-mail support and free
updates that includes bug fixes for the lifetime of the product
version.
A single license entitles the registered user to the usage
of the product at one Web site under one domain name. Usage
on additional sites requires additional licenses. We request
that developers and webhosts refrain from distributing our
software to their clients under a single registered license.
ANSERV reserves the right to prosecute anyone that owns any
site that is operating using the commercial software that
does not have a valid license. A license holder who may be
switching domain names or servers is free to transfer the
program to the new site. To update the user registration information
to reflect the changes in the web address or domain name,
please contact support.

Installation service
New installation - $75 USD
* New installation includes only the basic one-time installation
service. Customization of features and layouts are excluded
from the service. If you require a reinstallation due to change
of servers or server-related crashes, additional installation
fees will apply. This installation fee applies to all packages
that are installed by our staff.
Other services
Consulting service - $60 an hour
This rate covers addressing problems related to your server,
user error, or customizations.

Technical Support
We provide direct technical support only to the valid license
holders of our products. We must verify your registration information
before any support can be provided. Our support extends coverage
for resolving script-related issues only and does not include
hardware setup, web server configuration, server-related malfunctions,
or any modification-related difficulties. We provide prompt
answers to questions regarding ANSERV's scripts, proper configuration,
and editing outputs and layouts. We are not, however, required
to provide support for installing servers, configuring servers,
or troubleshooting aborted attempts at script modification.
A consulting fee of $60 an hour may apply for non-script-related
support.
